This piece is done in airbrush and pencil. The process of airbrushing with 'liquid lead' or 'liquid graphite' is all about layers. With each layer I continually erase the highlights, some staying the bright white of the board. This process creates very smooth transitions but is extremely time consuming.
This piece took me almost 200 hours to complete.
